Trail #3 at Turkey Run State Park is a 1.9 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Marshall, Indiana that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, camping, and nature trips. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
April 8, 2021We loved this trail! There are so many features along the way it flies by! Highly recommend getting there early though bc we had the place to ourselves to start but once we finished it was very crowded at the entrance!
April 5, 2021An amazing trail! This one is not particularly dog friendly due to the terrain, but since I’m able to pick up my 30lb dog, it was ok.

March 27, 2021Super fun trail! Since it had just rained, it was a quite muddy and the creek section had some deep parts. Also, there was a lot of people to the point that there was quite a bit of bottlenecking. Still super fun!
March 22, 2021Such a fun trail! It was a little slippery and muddy when we went on March 8th. Not many people on the trail. Beautiful scenery. Can’t wait to go back!

March 5, 2021February 27, 2021Hike was very beautiful and fun. I’d set away at least 3 hours to complete though. I suggest when you hit the first fork when the trail starts to go LEFT so that you go up not down the ladders at the middle of the trail. There is also a whole stretch of the trail where you are basically walking through a creek, which is fun but be prepared your feet will get wet. I wore waterproof boots and my feet still got wet. Also watch for ice.
