Loving the trails for mountain biking! The roots are a fun challenge and enjoy how the trail curves.

Not really "hiking", but an easy walk on flat, wide trails. Mostly shaded. Lots of pretty moss-covered trees; very scenic. Good spot for photography or trail running.

The play ground at here was awesome! My toddler had an absolute blast. The trails were well groomed. Do bring bug spray though

The park was nice. The trail was paved for a shirt distance and then dirt, which was muddy when we went. Overall, it was a quiet walk with tons of trees and not much traffic.

Some nice trails to go run on. Perhaps not the place if you want to escape though

Best not to get expectations too high for this trail. It's a great place for a short hike. Locals use it to walk dogs or go running (which it is great for) but if you are searching for a quiet experience, I recommend going in late fall and winter.

Nice trail. Would be great for running. If you're there in the summer take bug spray.

Nice well-groomed trails. There was a birthday party going on at the park's pavilion and they were broadcasting loud music that could be heard throughout the park. Not the atmosphere that I was hoping for.

I'm not sure you could call this a moderate hike, but it's nice for being in South Bend. Nicely groomed trails, lots of huge old trees.

Fun mountain bike ride. Not on the same level as Winona Lake, but worth it if you are local.

Great trail for mountain biking. There are a couple trails that connect to each other at the trailhead. So if you only feel like goin for an hour, you can leave or keep goin for awhile longer.
