This is a great "lolly pop" trail with great views of Ogle Lake. The loop around Ogle Lake can be heavily trafficked, but once you get up on trail 9, it's much more secluded and quiet. There are some steep parts getting up to the trail 9 loop, but they are short-lived.

Loved this little loop. Started at Racoon Ridge Campground, headed to Ogle lake via Trail 4 and did a quick loop around it then headed up trail 9. There were some steep parts getting up to the Trail 9 loop but it was well-worth it. Super quiet up there. Only ran into one other (very friendly) person. We let the dogs run around off leash up there. There was a great picnic stop up there too.

This would also be a great trail running loop
