walked this two years ago in fall with my girlfriend....good memory because it literally "snowed leaves" on us. Crazy they just kept falling. It was quite neat and gave us something to remember. Trail was for most part easy with a few inclines. Saw a buck deer walk right up on us during a snack break. Forest has some dense areas some open, over all nice trek.

Please ignore the two other reviews for this trail as they were for walking trail number 4. For some unknown reason the enty for walking trail number 4 was merged with mountain bike trail number 2, also known as the Walnut Connector.

Fun day out...We walked this trail in the winter. The lack of foilage allowed us longer views and we were able to see turkeys and deer. It is a easy and enjoyable hike.

The trail follows for the most part an old road bed through the woods. Nothing spectacular. Other trails show more promise.
