This trail takes the hiker from the boathouse to the campgrounds. There is a geocache along the trail. This trail is the shortest trail in the park. It has a view of the lake for a portion of the trip and then into the woods near the campgrounds.

Short, easy hike along the lake. I combined this with Red Spring Loop for an afternoon. Trail was well-maintained and easy to follow.

We hiked this last fall. We parked at the boathouse and walked to the campgrounds and back. Found some empty snake eggs and lots of buzzards on this trip.
