Cascades Park Trail is a 0.8 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Bloomington, Indiana that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

This paved, accessible, linear trail connects Lower Cascades Park to the intersection of Stone Mill Road and North Old State Road 37.

If you walk entire trail you'll find the gem of this trail. At the south end of the trail is a waterfall, hence the Cascades Park name.
