Good workout. Narrow trail as grasses and weeds very prevalent.

Trail is the best marked trail I’ve been on. Easy grade changes, rocky trail.

This is a wonderful 2.5 mile trail to hike. It had good elevation and turns with very good trail markers. The dense trees provided a perfect canopy on a hot, humid morning. We wished we had time to hike the entire trail. To get to the trail entrance, follow the golf course signs to the practice area and first tee.

Very nice trail! A great workout for our family of 5, (13 yo, 10 yo, 8 yo). All sweating and ready to take the shortcut loop on trail 2, which after a mixup on where we were supposed to start ended up being 3.5 miles. Wish we could’ve seen with full creeks but nothing trickling during our visit.

This is a nice hiking trail its a pretty easy hike my wife and i hike it a lot. Love that you can pick from 3 miles if you take the shortcut to around 9 miles if you do trail #2 and #3 so you can get the links of hiking trail that is right for you.

No outstanding feature(s), but I loved this trail. Still brown from winter, but spring wildflowers are starting to brighten the landscape, and one shrub was green near the beginning. On a Friday there were no bikers and only 2 other hikers. Best marked trail I've ever seen, with signs every quarter mile. Some nice elevation gain, climbing up a ridge and back down. I'd do it again.

Decent hike. Pretty easy. Nothing special. Not much scenery. Took about two hours to do the 5 mile loop.

Great trail, definitely moderate...I’m sure easy for some, but not 6 ft wide level gravel path. Several creeks to cross if there’s run off, some elevation and rocks/logs....need to watch footing. Took morning hike on #2 trail, saw no wildlife, heavy rains the day before left some great creeks, water falls and babbling brooks. Great trail!!!

Very nice trail... would not call it moderate, would rate it easy. went on beautiful day with 6 adults, 5 children ages 6-10 and one small dog. Loved the hike, did trail #2... about 5.1 miles and had a great time. next time will do trail #2 and #3 for about 8.5 miles. Trail' s entrance located on French Lick Hotel grounds. Surprised we saw no one else on the trail that beautiful day.

Took Trail 2 shortcut for 2 miles with overweight adults and 3 kids. Nice hike took 1 hour.

Great trail for a quick run. A good balance between technical and non-technical. Park at the pro shop and start at the first tee sign; that accounts for the entire loop. Watch out for turtles hanging out on the trail.

great trail for biking, lots of different challenges(hills, creek beds, fast downhills)... but still moderate enough for beginners to enjoy, absolutely love this trail, and be sure to do the trail 3 extension... for more of a challenge try Scales Lake in Boonville (awesome)...

This trail was fun however it was much easier than a moderate trail should be. I would consider this trail easy for experienced hikers.

The fam (wife, 12 y/o, 8 y/o) and I hiked trail 2 which is 5.1 mi. Im not in good shape and it was a piece of cake, I would almost classify this as easy. I wanted to do trail 3 also which adds a few more miles, but the fam werent feeling it. About half way, they were dragging ass, so I made some corn pancakes on the emberlit stove and I couldnt believe how much better everyones mood was on the way out!
