Trail run review:
Very nice trails. It looks like it used for horses or horse rides in the summer. Very grassy terrain for the most part. Some hills...nothing steep. Fast course overall.

Great connecting trail with several nearby outlets to park. Offers a horse trail as well. Got here through Silver Lake trail connection. Good variety of open hiking and shaded oak hiking

I'm happy to say this is the first trail I've been on that I did not see one piece of garbage. Bravo to McHenry County for keeping this place so pristine. Such a lovely park.
