By far my favorite trail!! Have taken it almost 20 times by now. Long enough to make the trip worth it. Wide trails and well maintained!! Do both loops for a total of 5.5 mile hike!!! Have seen many rare birds, deer running through once, a red fox on the trail once ....never a badger lol.

Well-maintained trails. Mountain biking and hiking folk co-exist peacefully. Just be sure you’re following the correct direction to stay safe. Be careful or you’ll end up in an endless loop. Wildlife present. Watch out for the angry badger.

Hiked both north and south trails in October. Color change was beautiful. Well maintained, a few bikers - courteous and friendly. Took my Cavalier King Charles - she loved it. Fun seeing all the mountain bike course fixtures in the south trail. Walking distance from campground.

Great, well maintained trail. Moderate trail. But quiet and shady. One way trails, and lots of mountain bikers. All friendly. Great day to hike. Note: Bug repellent.

I really enjoyed this hike, but important things to know: - There are specific directions to walk on M,W,F, Su and Tu, Th, Sa so pay attention to the signs to make sure you are going the right direction. - If you take the southern trail, there is a hike in and hike out trail in the middle of the main trail. You have to take the 1 way only to get out otherwise you will be looping over and over again.

Nice little trail(s). If you just want to do the scenic overlook, that's about a 1 mile loop from the North side of the parking lot. The other trail to the South is good (about 2.4 miles) but does not have a river overlook. These trails are a favorite of fat-tire mountain bikes.

Could use better directions. The app map doesn't appear accurate. Otherwise it's a beautiful trail.

There is actually about 5.5 miles of actual trails well maintained for bicycle racing. Lost of other trails just from so much traffic. Good slight elevation changes and nice overlook of the Mighty Mississippi.

Nice hike. The trails are well maintained for bikes, but due to muddy conditions, no bikes on the day we hiked.

It's not flat. Lots of gentle changes in elevation without being too difficult. Trails are well packed so you don't get muddy. There are some good views over the river as well.
