The 1.5 mile trail at Nauvoo State Park takes you through a wooded area and around the lake. There's also a three-eighths-mile loop from the camping area that is ADA accessible.

First trail I've been to since I moved to the area. It's a nice 2 mile walk through the trees and around the lake. I wouldn't travel far to come to it, but if you are in the area and are looking for a nice walk I'd suggest it. I would go again if I didn't want to go far.

If you are into mountain hiking this would be great. The hills are straight up and down with gravel. Wouldn't recommend this trail when wet, would be very slippery. Has a large swamp area with no bridge if a wet season you would be wading through mud. Be sure to bring your walking stick for the hills and plenty of band aids.

Nothing on the trail makes it remarkable. Just a place to stretch your legs while camping at the park.
