Beautiful park with excellent trails that are well marked and well maintained.
Route: BPP 1 > 2 > 3 > 5 > 6 (loop) > 5 > 3 > parking.
Trail Conditions: very good, no major obstacles or wash-outs.
Traffic: light. Only saw 2 mountain-bikers.
Cautions: watch your footing ... MANY exposed roots on the trail.

Since it's been raining, it was a slick trail and real muddy. The scenery was okay, I liked that we were the only ones out on the long trail. Didn't see anyone while out. Saw bunnies, deer and a snake. I think this trail would be a great Fall hike once the leaves begin to change colors!

Great workout and beautiful scenery, what more could you ask for in a hike.

On a side note make sure you wear/bring bug spray, the deeper in the woods the more bugs there are.

After traveling "3,7,6,5, out on 3 (5.3 mi trail outlined above) the trails were excellent and we saw a wide variety of wildlife from turtles to deer. There was plenty of tranquil sounds from numerous streams and brooks. Great for moderate to easy hiking and challenging for bikes in places on 7.

Great little, well maintained trail. I haven't been out there for a couple years but it was a lot of fun.
