Easy walk with almost no one else around. Path had lots of markers but there were lots of side paths. The app had perfect directions. Not too many mosquitoes. Only 1 small hill.

great! more challenging (in a good way) than some other trails in the area.

I loved this place! So many different parts of the trail and so much to see. Very scenic and I came across lots of wildlife. I can't wait to go back and hit different part of the trail. I feel like this should be labeled Spring Valley Creek Forest Preserve. I also can't wait to check out more of the preserve that is north of Penny Rd. Be careful on the trail near Penny Rd as I encountered some horse manure along the way.

Not a bad hike. Mostly woods, and plenty of deer.
