Not too difficult, very scenic. Take your dogs if you wish. Took us about 50 minutes to do the main loop.

Quick 2.2 mile hike. It is steep at points, but it’s passes quickly. There is a main loop and a summit trail, so we took the main loop to the summit and then got a little lost. Not great views from the top, but you can see the lake. Dogs OK. No one else on the trail on a Wednesday at 4:00 PM in August.

Not bad, it was nice trail with the lake view, but not 5star- trail. It’s not easy either if you take this trail with toddlers. It would be better taking little bit of lake side trail, go swimming and relax on the beach. Mountain side of the trail was nothing really to enjoy.

Great little way to introduce yourself to Lake Coeur D'Alene! Very populated. You will run into many people, most not wearing masks. You will hear loud music, but the views are just beautiful! Very well marked trail with plenty of options to go off the beaten path and get closer to the lake and not very difficult.

Nice trail. We went counter clockwise. Although it is not a really hard trail, there are lots of rocks for about half of the trail. There are some short uphills going this direction, but nothing sustained. The last part us a steep downhill. Beautiful views, and great breeze. It took us about 1 hour. An earlier reviewer mentioned that this was wheelchair accessible, I would not think that at all. But a beautiful hike.

We’ve been hiking Tubbs Hill for nearly 30 years. As always it doesn’t disappoint for the views. It was nice to see the volunteers out picking up litter.

Very nice and generally easy to follow main trail, and the lake views were particularly amazing at sunset. This area deserves its popularity, though fair warning that masks and distancing aren’t really a thing here! I recommend bringing at least a bandana for protection and courtesy.

Nice and easy trail. Best on week days, if you would prefer quietness. Bring your swimsuit because there are many spots where you can stop and make a jump in the lake. Also, you may spend the day on the beach, so bring some snacks. It’s fun for you and your family, or with your spouse or girlfriend. Bring your dog if you would like. Enjoy your day, and think of the Maker and Designer of such glorious beauty. Chérif.

Touristy trail. Always highly trafficked on nice days. Beautiful beaches along the hike. It’s nice when you are able to get one to yourself!

Trail is marked wheelchair friendly. Lies. I was going to take my stroller and that would have been impossible over some of the larger rocks on the paths and climbs. Super glad someone warned us. Beautiful scenery. Easy trail for my kiddos. Def a popular trail!

An easy-going loop trail around the outside of the park with more challenging side trail options every now and then. The most attractive elements of the hike are the sharp declines down to the water and scenic viewpoints of the lake and resort area. Depending on the day, the foot traffic could range from a couple passersby to a few dozen (closer to the park entrance). There are more than a few good spots to get down and into the water; if you're feeling gutsy enough, there are some tall rocks to take a plunge from. All in all, a solid trail for hiking, trail running, long or short trips.

Extremely easy trail that is heavily trafficked. A way to escape the masses is to take the marked fire routes up the hill to reach the “summit”. Great views of the lake and downtown. An easy escape from the business of the city.

Not to bad of a hike. Fairly easy, and lots of people. There is some garbage, broken glass and dog crap on the trail as well as off to the sides from respectful jack wagons. But nothing out of the ordinary for being in town. A very comfortable hike to do.

HikingGreat!

Easy trail with some beautiful views. Can be done in about 45-60 minutes at a moderate pace. It gets kind of busy during tourist season. If you choose to branch off to the summit trails be aware that its pretty steep and while certainly doable, you may find yourself trying to catch your breath. The view from the top isn't impressive as the trees mostly block the views.
