This trail is impossible unless it's early morning before everyone gets there. Unbelievably crowded. And I got lost so many times trying to move around people and find the trail. I finally gave up and went back to my car. when I tried the directions this app gave me on google maps it took me to the back entrance on some dead end hill that makes you rock climb to get in and out. It's ways easier to park at the resort and walk to the park. If your not from here you will get lost easy. Thankfully I'm from here so getting out without getting lost was easy.

easy, take the upper trail to get the 400 feet of elevation . city park, many families, elderly walking, counted 18 different species of flowers, good hike for days you don't want something too strenuous

It this same hike was a little less crowded, it would get great ratings. Awesome views all around. Insanely crowded though, but everyone should do it at least once if visiting Coeur d'Alene.
