Hiking

Stunning views and I really enjoyed the fact it was not a well-used trail and I was alone most of the time. It wasn’t well marked and I’m pretty sure that the “loop” back was walking along the main road, which isn’t my favorite thing to do. The main trail itself was mostly a large road. I’m guessing this one is a snowshoeing trail only. Oh, and there was a sign that said “no dogs” so no pups on this one (oops!).

Snowshoeing

Can’t hike here, have to have/rent snowshoes. It’s pretty but not what I expected, you’re not surrounded by trees like you are on other hiking trails in this area. It’s more of a walk than a hike. It was nice :) just different
