OFF-TRAIL / STEEP into Profile The on-trail portion of the trip passes by Hell Roaring Lake @ 3miles [7400 ft.] with a great view of the Finger of Fate.  It also passes by Imogene Lake and Imogene Peak @ 7 miles [8400 ft.].  Then the final 2.5 mile portion leg requires a Northwest bearing off-trail deviation to reach "Lucille Lake" (un-named) @  8.75miles [8750ft. ] and Profile Lake @ 9.6miles [9500ft.], which is directly underneath Mt. Cramer (the 2nd highest peak in the Sawtooths) and a fairly easy summit.  WARNING: Profile Lake is in an extremely exposed bowl. Camping spots and firewood are not prevalent. The road into the upper trail parking requires high clearance 4x4, it takes at least 30-60 minutes to drive approximately 4 miles because of the extremely slow speed you have to drive.
