This is more of a drive, as it was on a dirt road and would actually be best for a 4 wheeler or something. Beautiful views but not for hiking. There were also no sign posts marking any trail heads or anything just an area information sign.

A beautiful Sunday drive, twisting and turning through the Boise National Forest from Boise to Lowman. The highway offers many side roads which lead to various camp or hunting grounds.

Beautiful drive along Hwy 21. Idaho City and the surrounding area are great areas to recreate and explore, and the drive ends in beautiful Stanley, ID. This is some of the best Idaho has to offer, and it's right in Boise's backyard.
