This is not a loop trail! But It is a great trail for getting a stunning view of the mountains surrounding Ketchum and well worth the effort of the steep climb out of the gulch and up to the summit...which is over 1,000 feet from the bottom of the gulch. Allow 5 hours to hike in and back out.

Some people say the ride sucks, but some people suck at steep/technical climbing. It's one of the best rides we have. There are local stories of people cleaning the climb (in either direction) with no stops. Most people ride it counter-clockwise, which makes the downhill a bit more awesome in my opinion. Great views of the Boulder Mtn range, 100% singletrack, close to town adventure.
