Great trail and we went onto Wilson trail which was narrow but ended up at a rock looking out to the East. Wilson had a couple patches of snow & mud.

Great trail. Quiet, but not many views. Perfect for a family.

Beautiful views!

Perfect!

Beautiful hike through forest. Pretty view of lake from top. Would rate as moderate to easy. Lots of switchbacks.

Arrived at trailhead around 1: pm and returned to car at 3: beautiful sunny day and the trail was in good condition. Dry wilt no blow down on trail. Got some great pictures and a moderate burn. There were few people on the trail so my puppy enjoyed her first time off leash. I recommend this trail. it has many awesome views of the lake.

Trail is in great shape for February — get ready for some muddy dogs if you bring a couple fur friends.

Beautiful and green. Do you need hiking boots because it’s muddy. Easy trail. Gorgeous panoramic views

Fall is one of the best times to hike this trail. The golden fall colors are gorgeous! The trail itself is a 2.9 mile loop with gradual switch backs to the top. After reaching Caribu Cabin the trail goes west along the ridge. There are a few views along the top but the best view is at the end of the ridge before heading down. There you will find an inviting bench that looks out over Beauty Bay. Sit awhile and soak up the beauty before heading down.

Really nice hike! Beautiful lake views at several lookout points. Be sure to also do the Lost man trail. Took us about 3 hours with stops for lunch and lookout points. Moderate hike, will definitely do again!

A very good workout among beautiful trees. Well defined trail and a good parking lot on the side of the road. Nice views of the lake. The only problem was that plenty of people leave dog waste bags all along the sides of the trail.

This is a beautiful, scenic hike with awesome views of the lake. It was challenging for me, although many others say it’s easy. It’s basically all uphill, so got my heart rate going and then burns the quads on the way down. We brought our dog and saw a few other dogs on the trail.

Very nice trail with beautiful views at the top. Going up is pretty easy but the downhill has some rocky sections that make footing a little trickier, but not bad at all. I would rate this at the lower end of moderate. Definitely recommend this hike!

Fabulous loop trail overlooking Coeur d' Alene lake. Nice wide groomed trail with only a few rocky patches on the decent. I recommend the Wilson M.M.& M. trail to the Blue Bird lookout just above the Caribou Cabin. It is a has a spectacular view. The Lost Man trail above it winds back into the forest and summits onto a gravel area, not impressive, but it was a fun narrow switchback trail. Overall, great easy trail. Don't forget your camera... you'll need it.

Easy hike, fast and beautiful- great for your dogs or just a short hike with a friend!

Not a very challenging hike, but a solid trail run. Well-delineated trail with a couple of interesting lookout spots.

A nice short loop for an quick hike. View at the top is pretty. A nice mix of climbing and level trail (just enough to get your heart rate down between ascents). The walk down is pretty steep in some spots, I recommend good shoes.

One of my favorite trails! Great views, not to difficult. Great little day hike. Well maintained, well trafficked trail, dog friendly. Has benches along the way to stop and rest if needed. Great trail for trail running.

Boring

Perfect trail for our family with a 5 year old. Just on the edge of being too difficult for him. Saw other families with kids his age and a little older.
