Trail is difficult to find. The start is washed out. The road up is treacherous (would not recommend without a very sturdy 4 wheel drive). Easy to get lost as trail isn’t kept very well. No shade. Lots of atv activity. Lots of fisherman not catching fish in a small creek. I wouldn’t do it again but the fresh air for a day was nice.

This is a super cool trail. It is flat the hole way and bridges are made so their are no creek crossings. I used this trail with my brother and dad in late October. The trail was clean and in good condition. The first set of hot springs are small and has a little cabin with with a fire pit that made a perfect place to camp. The second ones are much larger and caves into the bank with hot water that waterfalls into the pool. Their is another one down the trail a ways that has a really big waterfall into a pool. Please note before you use this trail, the trail is full of bear crap and large wolf tracks followed the trail for about half a mile. The trail was also packed with elk tracks past the 5 mile mark. The trail also shows sign of people from the past. I found a chipped obsidian arrowhead and a 1940’s style fishing sinker along the bank of the creek. It is a really cool trail with a lot of history
