Cusick Creek Loop Trail is a 4.6 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Pocatello, Idaho that features a river. The trail is rated as moderate and primarily used for nature trips and mountain biking.
This was a gorgeous trail with a great view of Pocatello Valley and a beautiful surrounding. The trail isn't very marked and there were lots of ways to get lost, so I recommend using the trail map every time it splits. Also, the first half (not the city creek side) is very exposed to the sun, so plan on going on a cooler/cloudier day.
Nice trail most of it is out in the open. some of the trail goes along a creek.
over the top loop from parking at Bridge 11 across Serengeti to the Cusick Trail. crossed over the top and down to City Creek Trail back to Bridge 11.
recommended for dog lovers no need for leash not lots of people and beautiful open views and some shaded creek trail as well ...just perfect!!!
Very nice trail, fairly well maintained and beautiful scenery. Cut off for loop and other trails are poorly marked and I ended up going twice as far as anticipated. About half the trail is in shade and half is full sun, but it alternates as you move up the trail which is nice. It is a bit rocky and steep near the top.
over grown and not much has been taken care of. First time up here, sad that it's not maintained
