The trail goes along a creek in a valley though forest and meadows. There is a several creek crossings and early in the season when the water is high, those might be a little dangerous and more difficult to cross. The trail is not heavily used, so count with some easy trail finding. There are tree logs cross the trail, but most of them are easy to get around.
