Anderson Ranch Reservoir Area is a 1.7 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Mountain Home, Idaho that features a river and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, birding, and horses and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Anderson Ranch Reservoir is a beautiful area, and even during the peak season in the summer is still relatively scarce as far as fighting the crowds. The lake is beautiful, and the view of the Trinity Mtns in the backdrop is wonderful.
