Super gorgeous hike today, did 6 miles up through forested areas and open areas with beautiful wildflowers. Perfect trail now as it’s dry and just super pretty with views of the still snowy ski runs on Baldy

Beautiful trail! A couple patches of snow but totally manageable. There is a picnic table about 1/3 of the way in with incredible views (if you do the trail counter clockwise) that’s great for a picnic along the way! Elevation gain easy and not challenging.

It’s April 17 amid the COVID-19 isolation, hiked 6 KM of Adams. Most is great, few snowy spots but easy to hike. Enjoy!

Most enjoyable 6.2 mile loop I've done so far. We did the loop clockwise (shady first) Loved how wide the first stretch was, lots of nice Bridges and creek access for the pup. although the last half was on the "sunny side" of the loop we were lucky to have cooler weather and nice strong breezes. great hike

We hiked the trail today exactly as it’s marked in red in the app. This was excellent as so much fun. We started on the shady side and worked our way to the top. So much fun and wonderful views. Enjoy.

Beautiful and mostly flat hike. I did 3.5 miles of the trail starting with 316 and then dropped down on the return. Beautiful flowers and cool scenery. A very popular hike in Sun Valley. Enjoy.

Great quick trail run, didn’t feel like that much elevation. Beautiful single track with rolling hills. Lots of wildflowers and butterflies currently, and pretty views of hills and rocks. Easy to get to, but also a busy trail, lots of mountain bikers and hikers as well.

We loved Adams Gulch! There are a couple different paths so you can pick your own adventure; however long and strenuous you want. We went up to the right for a steeper incline with wildflowers lining the path. We cut downward (not taking the full loop) and walked back on the shady citizens trail with tons of butterflies! It took about 1.5 hours. This trail has a moderate amount of foot traffic. Great hike!

Great trail for MTB,although a lot of hikers within a mile of the trailhead. There are a couple of stream fordings—you might get a little splashed. Most of the trail is nicely shaded, so a good hot day option. The counterclockwise route is a bit more MTB friendly.

Most of the trails in Adam's Gulch are super family friendly and easy to navigate. We pedaled out Adam's Gulch Rd and it got pretty overgrown and technical. Several water crossings and some very narrow single track. Correctly labeled as Black diamond trails. We saw a bear, a way out there! Enjoyed the roll back on Citizen Trail, Lane Trail, Sunnyside and Shady Side...fun for hiking or biking...dog walking too.

Several different trail options for however long you want to hike. The shorter trails don't have as much tree cover as the longer ones.

Eastern leg is mostly uphill and moderately techical. Great view of canyon. Western leg is easy downhill. Loop near start is not accurate. No loop there. That trail goes somewhere else according to hikers that are familar.

Did this trail on mountain bikes with my 11yo. The autumnal colors were stunning on a gorgeous day. The trail was somewhat challenging at times (some fallen trees on the way back through the forest path), but we will definitely do this one again!

This was a beautiful, flat walk/hike in the woods near a stream. The fall colors were just starting. It’s also a mountain bike trail. This would be a great choice for young kids too.

We hiked the Shadyside/Sunnyside loop part of Adam’s Gulch area. Super close to Ketchum. By the book, about 3.3 miles of a little up and down. Nothing overly strenuous at all - I would say accessible for most people. I can see where it would be a nice easy/moderate mtn bike ride as well, and we did see several people doing this. Note: if you go hike later on a summer day (late AM/PM), start at the trail sign and do the Sunnyside part of the trail first. It will take you out heading west with the mountain on your right with nice picture ops. It will hairpin in about 1.5 miles after going over a creek and then head east through pine forest. The shade will be welcome if it’s hot. You can take side trails, and we did hike up one to a viewpoint overlook Ketchum that was nice. Wear suitable shoes with grip. Overall, a nice, easy hike. Would be fun to bike it. You can make this as long as you want by taking the various side trails.

Beautiful views! Can go for a short loop or long depending on what you’re feeling. Multiple trails available. We went long and ended up going 10miles. Parking lot was packed, but we didn’t see all that many people on the trail which was nice.

I found it easy. There was plenty of shady areas and the creek running through the trail so plenty of water for my dog.
