Well maintained/ well marked mountain trail loop trail with a beautiful waterfall as a plus. I hiked it with my son 14 year old son, I’m 50 and used trekking poles. It took us 6 hours to hike going in from the waterfall side. I’m glad I had the trekking poles, but I probably would have been fine without them. My son did not use poles. Walk through rhododendrons, oak forests, pine forests up some mountains. A few stream crossings close enough together if you are starting on the waterfall side of the loop and filtering water you should be good. Only three stream crossings on the other half of the trail. We did get wet feet. We had a great time. A little bit of deadfall across the trail probably a pain if you are mountain biking, and the trail is narrow enough with plant growth at times that if you are biking, you might want eye protection.
