Rood Creek is a nice Corps of Engineers facility with outstanding campsites, boat ramp, and outhouses. This creek serves as an access to the Chattahoochee River and Lake Eufaula/Walter F. George Reservoir.
when will rood creek reopen.
Me and the wife and the kids load the boat and the camper up for a week at Rood Creek. Was driving down the road to get to the camp site and found that the road was gone from the rain. I just wont to know is it going to get fix soon. It is a 4 hour drive for me and i dont know who to talk about it.
Have camped and fish here several times. Some of the campsites are right on the water and the site has a well-maintained boat ramp. Great place to fish. The facility has no electricity or running water available.
