It's a nice set of trails. The views from the overlook are nice, but not amazing: you can see Allatoona Lake on one side and Plant Bowen on the other. I think that you can probably get a better view after the leaves have fallen, so it may be better in the late autumn or winter. I recommend going clockwise around the West loop and counterclockwise around the East loop. If you go the other direction on the West loop, you will be going downhill through a boulder field towards the end, which can be rough on the knees: it's easier and lower impact to go up while you still have the energy.
