Lake Horton North and South Loop is a 2.7 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Fayetteville, Georgia that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, and nature trips and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Great paved trail for those wet days. Beautiful woodland area especially Spring - Fall.

More wooded and shaded than the South Loop at Lake Horton, the North Loop also has an additional 3/4 or so "oxbow trail" to extend your walk.
Dog-on-leash and kid friendly, it's not uncommon to see deer grazing a few yards from the trail. Nice easy walk/jog on paved trail.
