I can’t get enough of this place. Lightly traffic when I always come I will always come to think here

This is a great trail. the Trail is like stone mountain a lot of ways. It also has a lake which is very pretty

Hiked the short up and back to the mountain top and then took the loop around the lake. The blue paint marking the river loop could be a little closer together, it was a tad hard to follow in some places. Overall though a nice trail that works the glutes!

Part 2 today, didn’t go up the mountain since i’ve been up a dozen times. The trail is right next to the road so it’s loud and there isn’t much tree coverage to cool you down, but the mountain trail parking lot is soooooo small, the extra mile is worth it to not have to jam your car in on the side of the road!

This was actually the mile rock and Forrest trail loop! It was beautiful though!

Easy boardwalk trail, from the Nature Conservatory to the top of the mountain! The hike up the side of the mountain wasn’t as nearly bad as I thought it would be and the view, as well as the moss, was beautiful.

Easy boardwalk near base of mountain leads you to the AWARE parking lot. You have to enter the parking lot there to find the path up the mountain (it’s on your left). Then the mountain doesn’t have a set path so you can explore all over.

A peaceful easy hike and the dog loved it. The creek winds around the lower area with water softened granite hugging the edges.

Very little of trail is on dirt. Mainly concrete path, boardwalk and rock.
