Fabulous view that reminds me of Colorado with wide fast river and large rocks. the bridge for the loop is out with large fallen trees. older people can still cross there, but with our 6 yr old but 50+ yards ahead to can cross at a dry spot on th rocks of the creek and the stay creekside back toward fallen trees and pick back up on trial

Omg what a wonderful place, we will definitely go back there some day - although - as we decided to rest for a while on this massive rock and just take in the beauty of the wild water - suddenly my hubby spotted this massive soaking the sun and watching us - OMG by far the scariest moment of my life... be watchful guys and take care on the rocks... Thoroughly enjoyed this hike. Beautiful scenery. Easy access to parking but definite had rustic feel. Highly recommend!

The waterfall was beautiful. This was a fun trail. Brought my family of 5 (kids aged 14, 12 and 10.) It was just enough of a challenge for the 10 year old who had never hiked before. There were a few points where it was hard to follow the trail, but it was mostly well marked. Beautiful sights!!

With all the recent rain, the falls were raging! That was a cool, not often seen sight. There was a large tree down that closed a section of the loop. Can be congested, but not too bad. Took my dog on a leash. Good trail. Easy enough for a family.

nice hike...falls were over flooded and some down trees but it was a good hike

It was a nice hike along the river but the trail did get a little confusing with all the red arrows pointing in multiple directions, plus there were a lot of downed trees to step/climb over.

Pretty cute, easy walk. There are some really awesome spots. $5 to park which is no big deal.

the trip was great. I knew what I was getting myself into going the day after a big rain. the trail hell of a lot of water and there were a couple down trees. good hiking along the waterfalls made it all worth it.

Great trail. I would not recommend it for trail running, though. Lots of roots & stumps. The views are great!

Beautiful scenery. We stopped off here on the way through Ga. It was perfect for a light hike. Dogs are aloud, but must be on a leash. Some areas were not marked, but it was pretty easy to navigate.

Trees are down in the back half of the loop making the trail inaccessible. The trail markers need to be more noticeable in some areas. Beautiful day, not crowded and the water was flowing nicely.

Really amazing if you follow the unmarked, but cutout trails along the water. A lot of biodiversity, and great views!
