I loved the small towns. It makes you want to just stop and get to know them.

This was a really nice drive. It was hot but fortunately we were climate controlled.

This is great mountain countryside with a lot to see. Antique shops abound in small towns and even just tucked alongside intersections in the middle of nowhere. Vogel state park makes a great base of operations for exploring this gorgeous area.
