Trails are good. Main trail is always REALLY busy, but the side trails aren’t bad.

The entire loop part of this trail is a bike trail so be prepared to constantly be moving out of people’s way. There’s a in and out trail in the middle of the bike trail that’s nice and probably a better move then the bike trail but less distance.

Great trail and path is well defined. Good amount of mountain bikers but they let you know they are coming. Get there early as parking lot fills quick even before Dawn.

First part is flat gravel, once it goes in to the woods it is great. Watch out for bikers.

Overall, very forested and shared trail. Close to 8.5 miles completing both the Cochran and Sope Creek loops. Heavier traffic at Cochran Mill trailhead but once deep into the trail, rarely saw anyone. This is definitely a mountain bikers paradise so be sure to stay close to the shoulder of the trails. River views are gorgeous. Parking wasn’t so bad considering I trekked on the weekend.

It is pretty uncrowded to be near such a busy trail (the river trail). I highly recommend it as a fairly easy trail to run or bike

Some trees down and a little muddy after raining. Enjoyable hike. The parking lot gets filled quick. Recommend going across the bridge and parking at the Island Ferry lot.

Gravel trail that hits wooded areas. Pretty busy, parking can be a booger.

First mile is flat gravel, then remainder is wooded trails with some pets along a creek. Popular route with mountain biking. Easy hike, but long.

We walked the loop today and came across a small handful of pedestrians definitely a lot more cyclists. It was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
