This park features approximately two miles of soft-surface trails, a disc golf course, and scenic river views. Accessibility: The trail surface is gravel and typically at least six feet wide. Trail itself is in great condition. Downed trees from Zeta have been moved off the main path. Some of the little spurs to the riverbank are blocked, and erosion is apparent.

Ok trail. Water over it in a couple of places necessitated a muddy detour. One and done.

Walking

Easy, not a lot of shade, some parts muddy and flooded after rain. Scenery is mostly river bottom frisbee golf course with some river view offshoots.

Walking

Loved the trail for an easy afternoon walk BUT it is NOT stroller friendly for your everyday stroller. Maybe if you had one with tires meant for trails else you’re better off finding a different path/trail.

Very easy flat trail with wide path. Good trail if you want to power walk and get in some distance.

Flattest trail I've found in this area! A lot of the trail follows around the disc golf course. Very sunny and pretty busy. Mostly small gravel and dirt. No river views unless you take one of the short side paths. Occasional benches. There are some detours that don't follow the map that appear to avoid areas where the trail has begun to crack and threatens to fall into the river.

Nice, easy trail. Mostly gravel, minimal elevation change, and decent views of the Chattahoochie River if you go 50 feet off of the beaten path. Seemed to be going through some kind of construction or renovation when I walked it, and being ushered into tall grass a couple of times makes me highly recommend long pants. Moderately busy with walkers, runners and bikers.

Great little track when it hasn’t rained recently. Note: while it’s on the hooch you’re don’t get that much visibility of the river. Lots of wildlife out before 10AM

It was okay. Lots of runners in the one section. The larger loop which is the disc golf course has no shade. It was mostly quiet, though, I went pretty early in the AM. The parking lot is atrocious. Be careful for the bump when you first come in. There are tons of potholes and lots of rocks in the parking lot. I didn't see where to get down to the river. I might go back on a cloudy day.

Love it, this is great for your 4 year old kid, it’s not paved and no boards. Just gravel the whole way. We have only gone biking there, not busy at all either.

Not really a “hike”...it’s a nice suburban walk. If you’re sore from the trails, this is a nice down-day loop that’s still better than boring paved sidewalks and roadways. Flat, crushed gravel pathways are nice for walkers, runners, and bikers. Also good if you want some sun, but bring the sunblock since there’s very little shade.
