Did a nice 2 hour paddle. Saw a dolphin, lots of birds and turtle heads popping up.

A nice paddle. Put in at the boat ramp at Sidney Lanier park and paddled up to Overlook Park, a distance of about 4 miles round trip. First time paddling in saltwater and dealing with tides. Saw a lot of small fish and birds along river. Bring water, was 97 with heat index of 105 today.
