Great greenway/trail. Trail extends further north so trail needs to be updated

There is a large parking area at the Bethelview Rd Trailhead, but it filled up fast on this weather perfect Labor Day Weekend. Restrooms are available at the trailhead. Walkers, joggers, bikers, and dogs were all out in force on this mixed boardwalk and multi-use trail.

Pleasantly surprised by our experience here! It's definitely busy, but the path is wide enough to accommodate easy passing. Not a hiking trail by any stretch of the imagination, but more scenic than typical suburban park trails. Enjoyed the creek views and informational signs about all the tree types along the way.

Pretty good trail, very well maintained. Not exactly picturesque, but very clean and brand-new. Only part that you might want to watch out for are two enormous hills on the newer parts of the trail. Thy are easily taller than two suburban houses.

Great walking and biking path. Very well maintained and heavily treed. Nothing off pavement or boardwalks, though. Pretty crowded on weekends. There has been a lot of car break ins reported at the McFarland parking lot but I've also seen a nice presence by the Forsyth Co. Sherrif's dept, both on bike and horseback (in the past). I'm not sure how they can call this a "loop" trail unless you count turning around and heading back on the same path that you already walked/biked on a "loop". Looking forward to when they connect to the trail of the same name in Alpharetta! No where near a river, either, so the description of the trail is a little misleading.

My husband, dad and I were taking turns pulling my 5 year old son in a wagon for a couple of miles and the paved sections and boardwalk were easy. The rsmall rolling sections targeted different muscle groups. When we go down to GA again, I'll make sure that we do this trail again.

Best place for running/walking in Forsyth County. Comparable to Suwanee Greenway in Gwinnett, as week as the Big Creek Greenway in Alpharetta, which will soon be joined to this one.

I enjoy this trail for a semi-long but easy run. Lots of people usually are on this trail; however, it is spacious enough to handle it.

Rode the greenway from bethel view to McFarland twice so far. Good trails with boardwalks. Take some glasses as the gnats are bad on the lower portions.

Well maintained concrete and wood plank flat path. Wide for two way traffic. If biking for speed, be careful of pedestrians and kids biking....or do the Comet, instead. Fowler Park and north start point both have water and rest rooms. Porta-potties and gas station at south start point. Car break-ins reported at this parking lot (at McFarland) often in local paper, so hide or don't bring valuables (like anywhere).

This is not really for hiking but is a nice after dinner walk or bike ride with the family. I connect the pieces of this trail for commuting by bike to work.

Great for a family ride or to just take a leisure ride. This trail gets very crowded on weekend mornings and evenings.

Great for the family. Would not call this a mountain bike trail. My 4 year old rides it. And he ain't mountain biking with training wheels on.
