Just ran this tonight. It's nice and flat and mostly grass trails the whole way. A short boardwalk and some gravel but no biggie. There are a lot of different paths you can take so you have options depending on how many miles you want to run. I've heard there can be a lot of snakes here in the summer though. Will have to see later in the year.

nice walk with plenty of birds, alligators and plant life. It's pretty open so wear sunscreen.

This is half swamp, half sewage treatment plant. So swamp is nice but is short then it's just views of the sewage treatment which is as glorious as it sounds

Love this park. Has a little bit of everything (water views, woods and open fields).

This trail is at Phinizy Swamp NP and it goes through natural and constructed wetlands and woods. Easy walking on good trails. Lots of nature, part of a Global Important Bird Area and one of the top ten birding spots in Georgia.
