Users have reported this trail has a temporary closure due to COVID-19. Please see the park's website for up to date information. An easy walk on a paved path along a stream will take you to the falls, with plenty of plaques telling you all about the surroundings. Anna Ruby Falls is actually twin waterfalls created where two separate streams, Curtis Creek and York Creek, join at the base of the falls to form Smith Creek, which flows into Unicoi Lake. Both Curtis and York creeks begin on Tray Mountain, Georgia's sixth-highest peak: Curtis Creek drops 153 feet (47 m) and York Creek drops 50 feet (15 m). The falls are named after Anna Ruby Nichols, the daughter of an early settler.

Very beautiful waterfall. Not much of a hike but the waterfall was absolutely beautiful. Park closes at exactly 4pm. Cost is $3 for anyone over 16yrs of age. Be prepared that they only allow 50cars up there at a time.

Wouldn't call this a hike. Paved trail to the waterfall. Worth the uphill walk for the views.

Beautiful falls... rained all week leading into it so they were on full display. The “hike” though was awful! Not really a hike.... unless you consider walking up a paved sidewalk a hike. Too many soccer moms with strollers standing around and blocking the way. Worth seeing but don’t expect a hike. $3/person cash only fee

one of my Favorite Falls in Georgia. simple walk along the river, with some great photo opportunities. very nice picnic area below the falls along the river, and shallow enough to let the kids play in on warm summer days.

Short & easy paved hike along the water with beautiful falls at the end. Lots of people, but well worth it.

Teeming masses, even in December. Lot appears incapable of handling the numbers that probably show up in warmer months. Was glad that the paved walk features a nice incline to elevate the heart rate.

This was an easy trail especially with a 4 yr old. Well maintained. The scenery is beautiful and there are several benches along the way to take photos or rest. The waterfalls are beautiful!

Easy paved trail up to the waterfalls. Cute for kids. Pretty steep if you have issues with walking but there are plenty of benches to sit at along the way if you get tired.

Went the day after Thanksgiving this year. Way too many people to really enjoy the falls. The path is paved the entire was with a few benches to sit and rest should you need. It is a steep grade up, but not bad. There is a $3 entrance fee per person.

Nice falls but very busy even on a Monday in November. Paved trail but would be quite steep for anyone with mobility issues.

It’s a beautiful easy day trail. Paved, slight incline going up. Absolutely beautiful. Also at the other end of the parking lot is a little bridge with picnic tables and pretty views. I go everywhere with my dog and she enjoyed the adventure
