HikingGreat!

Great covered trail for a hot summer morning. We started the trial around 9am on a Sunday and only passed a few people. It is a good trail for all skill levels, and there is a 1 mile loop you can add on to your hike. Lots of shade and we even saw a few deer. Definitely recommended!

Very easy, mostly flat. It was quiet when I went only saw a few people. Saw multiple deer. Warning : ** it doesn't loop around so you'd walk back the same way you came!

Very shaded, single track, easy & quiet trail. There is road noise but not bothersome. Parking is same lot as Visitor’s Center to KM with trail entrance to the right of lot by picnic tables.

Good easy hike with a few muddy spots. Not too steep. A few signs to read along the way. Benches placed for water breaks towards the end of the trail.

The traffic noise is a little annoying sometimes but the trail itself is great! I run it frequently!

Easy, meandering, well-groomed, great for kids and dogs. The canons at the end are kind of cool. This is the trail 50% of the folks who are struggling up the mountain ought to do a few times before they tackle the difficult one across the parking lot, but it’s definitely not obvious it’s there.
