Very easy hike for all levels. Only thing is the map at the beginning of the trail did not notify us there would be other trails. We accidentally went on another trail called Hammock Spur that did eventually loop back to the main trail. If you just want to stick with this trail, you will need to follow the signs that say Sally Ward.

It was alright. Expected more springs. Also was disappointed the trail wasn't a loop

Ran the old logging roads around the park. Great sand base. Wide enough to avoid brush (and ticks). Beautiful wooded areas. I put in 5 miles, and left more for another day.
