This is a trail that we have rode in the past and have been back a few times bc it is open during the Covid-19 shutdown. I’m happy to see that it is getting used by a fair amount of bicycles and walkers. There’s shade in some places but no restrooms are open during this government shutdown. We rode through the National Soccer Association’s location and what a beautiful facility. People seem friendly and share the trail. There is water along the trail but I would suggest bringing your own. And as of 4/19/20 the restrooms are NOT open.

Exactly as advertised: straight and flat with relatively little traffic for an urban trail.

I bike this trail every week and it’s nice and easy with slight inclines, the steepest near the beginning at Auburndale end at Sport complex. This trail is 6.6 miles not 9.6. One of my favorites as it connects to Van Fleet so if you want longer ride, as well as you can get off at Pace road and go down by the Polytechnic school. If you catch them the right time of day you can see a bunch of bunnies.

Great path for exercising and biking. Not really a "hike" as it is all paved. Nice long quite paved stretch to walk though for sure.
