Walking

No biking is allowed here. You can walk this trail only. It's a nice walk, but since I specifically drove here for mountain biking it was disappointing.

its a great bike and hike trail for beginners. I live near by so its one of the closest one I got but theirs two sides. one is with dirty and mudy but it takes you in the middle of the tree's. the other side its much longer and its with a sidewalk. more of a straight shot, a very easy walk. I'll recommend and you can also rent out kayaks.

Its wet season. So I wouldn’t go because it seemed some of the trail was flooded

Beautiful woodland and easy paved/biardwalk path. lots of birds not seen on many other paths. The only negative was the boardwalk was narrow with high railings in some places; made it difficult to pass other walkers with dogs if you have your dog with you.

This was a great trail for my husband, 10 year old, 8 year old, and I. My 4 year old was in a bike trailer and it was a little (lot) too bumpy for him.

I truly enjoyed the path and it’s a shame that it is only 1 mile long.

There were multiple landmark houses such as the caretakers home, family cabin, and some more historic places like that ranging from the late 1800s to the early 1900s

Gate was locked on the Bass Rd entry and there was no parking there. Find another entry point. Nice family trail and allows pets. Good amount of shade.

Very nice for mountain bikes, but small. The other side of the Trail is closed and lots of kids just hanging out up to no good. Not recommended to go alone. Venture at your own risk. Be nice in groups.

Love this trails! Always see a bunch of animals and mostly in the shade! I like running this trail or just to enjoy nature. I do sometimes walk to the "resting" place with tables and do my outdoor workout! Love it !!

Walking

This was a fun little hike that I knocked out first thing in the morning. There were lizards everywhere, and it was a squirrel paradise! This would be a nice place for locals to talk a walk in the woods. I'm not sure that I would recommend going too far out of one's way to hike here.
