Nice loop trail as you enter the St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park. A couple spots were flooded pretty, but passable. A bit is unshaded, but there are shady spots. Nice hike, with dog.

This would have been an awesome trail... if I didn't forget my waterproof boots! as far as I could see about half a mile of trail was under 1-2 feet of water, my dog enjoyed the swim in mud but next time I'll come prepared. there's very minimal shade, trail markings and maintenance are excellent.

This is a very enjoyable trail. After driving into the Preserve area, which has a very "alien" and surreal look, with the long canal/river surrounded by green, grassy slopes and embankments, we parked our car by the river dam and started toward the Blue Trail. Word of caution: there isn't much shade along the trail, so make sure you bring appropriate clothing/sunblock and enough water to prevent dehydration. The path trails across bushy areas, sandy roads, and along private properties where you'll be able to see lots of cows, leading eventually to a canoe landing right by the St. Sebastian River. We encountered some horseflies, so wearing repellent might not be a bad idea.

Great open trail, gets very very muddy after it rains though and floods the path. Saw some boar prints and possibly bobcat paw marks. Turkeys hang out around here too!

Nice, level dry trail, but minimal shade. I'll come back, but not until later fall our mid Winter. It's just too hot in June!

Nice walk on a cool, overcast, day with my dog. Clearly marked trail, not too much variety. I wouldn’t do this on a hot, sunny, day though.
