Very nice trail. It was well marked and wide. We hiked it after a rain event. We found it to be well drained. It was January and a perfect day for a hike.
The extension is worth the time. Close to the road and campground at times, but shady and some beautiful live oaks. noon
Did the two extensions off of Sinkhole trail called Sandhill Trail and Old Field trail
Nice trail pretty flat and level sinkhole was in Normas more of a depression than a sinkhole. A lot of deer tracks but didn’t see much wildlife.
Well marked and clear trails with nice picnic areas. Not that interesting of a hike though. Lots of sign of wild boar, but the sinkhole is overgrown and not much to look at. Also the mosquitoes were moderately annoying.
