Boardwalk/tail in North St pete/Pinellas Park. I discovered this beautiful preserve park a couple years ago and walked it with my mother. Great for bird watching and alligator sighting. We saw a few gators and even had to pause with a few other trailers to let them cross one trail into the adjacent pond! Totally frightening and worth the adventure. Plenty of shade along the trail/boardwalk and one trail ends at an Observation tower. Dog friendly except on the boardwalk path.
