I would recommend the trail for an easy walk. We saw a huge gator as well as some turtles and birds.

It was a nice trail with different landscapes. The mosquitos were really bad! I never get bitten and I got destroyed. Definitely need bug spray! Really didn’t see much wildlife till we got to the observation deck where we saw the most wildlife. Tri colored heron, egrets, gator, little blue heron, several cardinals. As we were leaving, just happened to look up and see a Hawk hunting. Was very neat! Would come back for a nice walk.

Nice easy walk on a pretty boardwalk trail. Noise level was high at times with nearby traffic from I275 and planes flying overhead, but other than that there isn't much to complain about here.

Cute little area to explore. There’s trails on the right of the bridge upon entering and a boardwalk that takes you around the place. It took me an hour to walk around.

Nice little park with lots of wildlife in an overly populated, very urban county. Have seen bald eagles, alligators, egrets & herons, numerous turtles, river otters and gopher tortoise here. Only downside is not being able to take the dog on the boardwalk. Fantastic place to take the family.

Great beginners trail with a good mix of sidewalk, boardwalk, natural, & even brick trails. Basic loop trail with a lookout tower loop on the South end. The only drawback is the noise from nearby I-275, but otherwise this is a hidden Gem! Will definitely be back again!

This is a very nice park with well-maintained grass and boardwalk. There’s a good amount of parking, a restroom, educational signs on vegetation and wildlife, and a few picnic tables and benches. On the trails themselves, there are lots of shady sections but also mosquitos, so come prepared.. The vegetation is nice & lush from all the rain that we’ve been having. Our first time there today and we saw plethora of gators small to medium-sized, yellow-eared turtle, softshell turtle, Anhingas, armadillo, spiders, and lizards.

Quick loops to run but nice boardwalks and popular so you’ll be around plenty of people if that’s what you’re looking for.
