A nice boardwalk with sprawling views of the river of grass. Great photography location with many bird sightings if it's not too busy. It's the Everglades so there will probably be bugs.

Just like everywhere in the Everglades bring bug spray! This is a quick and easy boardwalk. We saw birds. There was an owl perched at eye level 2 feet from the boardwalk. A gator beneath the boardwalk. Overall it was nice stroll.

Fun to see alligators in their natural habitat. We saw more gators here than other spots and pretty close to the boardwalk. Loved seeing the Spanish moss.

Walking

Short walking trail above the marshlands, easy to see pupfish and many local birds. Like many of the tourist trails in the National Park there are signs with lots of information.

This little short trail is kinda off the path but was my favorite this vacation. There was a small Alligator hanging out under the boardwalk just 2 feet away from us and while there he made a run on a catfish hiding nearby. It was awesome.
