Good hiking in Florida, IMO. Took my dog and he enjoyed it. Nice clear path that’s well marked with a lot of shade. Lots of plants and insects to look at. There’s a section that comes up next to a body of water with a little pier. Did not see anyone at all on this path; all the nicer. No dog poop; some horse poop though. The trailhead even has a toilet - no sink or water though. Bring plenty of water yourself.

I went jogging here when I was staying with a friend in St. Cloud. It was quite pretty. Lots of bees dive-bombing my ears though. Also, I would suggest hiking and not jogging as the terrain is not even.
