Well-maintained straight-forward trail through the woods near the ocean but not necessarily a lot to see. It parallels a neighborhood road for the first quarter-mile and then turns into a better hike. There's also a mountain bike area out here, but for the most part the trails are separate though close to each other. There's no parking at the north trail head itself (on the east side of A1A) but there's plenty across the road at a county or city park. There's also an entrance at the south end of the trail with no parking but you might be able to use the lot at Publix more or less across the street.

Well defined and maintained hiking trail, plenty of shade. No spectacular vistas, just a nice walk in the woods.

The route as shown follows a good of the biking trail. At that sharp right turn, we went more or less straight veering to the right as we went.
