The trail has multiple offshoots and typically runs alongside the Possum and Hogtown creeks. Very nice relaxing walk. The trails are not excellently maintained and it can be very easy to get off of the trail; it is also fairly easy to get back on the trail Crystal clear creek water. Some sandy parts as well as some beautiful green scenery.
A little gem of a trail in the suburbs of Gainesville. Not really spectacular scenery- basically woods but Gainesville put a lot of effort to make this a pretty park/trail for Gainesville residents that follows the Hogtown Creek.
It is a beautiful trail with lots of little off shoots, my only issue was you could hear the roar of the city mixed in the sounds of the teail.
Nice walk in the woods. Lots of mosquitos so wear bug spray. Definitely not a moderate trail, very easy.
Love this trail! Great for a leisurely walk or for running. Beautiful views of the creek. The trail is also shaded, which keeps it quite a bit cooler on hot days.
Found the most amazing stream, our dog LOVED It!!
