Accessibility: The trail surface is paved concrete or asphalt and typically at least six feet wide. The grade is mostly gentle (all estimated under 5%) so most wheelchair and stroller users will likely be able to traverse this trail.

A nice, paved, easy multi-use trail with scenic views of the water. Users have reported there is hardly any parking at either end, but there's plenty at the YMCA in Blanchard Park if you start just a little way in the trail. Also, there are bathrooms by the soccer complex.

Note: This map takes you to the trailhead of the trail - there is parking on the corner of East Colonial Drive and Goldenrod Road.

Little Econ Greenway is an easy-to-follow, paved trail about 7 miles in length. The trail runs parallel to the Little Econlockhatchee River from Forsyth Road to Alafaya Trail. There's no parking at the end-points, however plenty of parking at Blanchard Park, Econ Park, & another parking area north of Colonial Drive between the Taco Bell & Central Park Ave. The trail is about 14 feet wide & with a number of bridges & overpasses. This is ideal for cycling, which occasionally requires dodging strollers, pedestrians & inline skaters. The Union Park area isn't the nicest region of Orlando & I encountered 2 panhandlers & another person who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Just beware of your surroundings. Another subtle observation, people seemed a bit jumpy at times, which you don't typically see on the South Lake, Cady Way or Seminole-Wekiva Trails. Although I like the scenery along the river, I'd prefer the aforementioned trails or the West Orange Trail.

Hardly any parking at either end, but there's plenty at the YMCA in Blanchard Park if you start just a little way in the trail. Follows a small waterway through most of the way giving a nice view along your ride and passes lots of small fishing and picnic areas. This is a popular trail, so you'll see lots of families and dog walkers, be courteous to other trail users. Fully paved and not a lot of shaded areas provide for a very HOT ride in the summer so take advantage of the tree shades boardwalks and bridges, there aren't very many.

Nice paved trail. Only saw about half of it. Entered at the soccer complex where there are bathrooms. At one point goes under a highway. Otherwise pleasant walk.

Nice paved trail with water views. Only a couple busy intersections to cross. Pretty heavily trafficked with walkers so not a great trail if you’re looking keeping stats.

Good trail to prepare and exercise your body for any up coming tuff trails. There are some back wood trails with very nice view of tall trees and small creeks next to the YMCA. Sign are there to show you the path. Great for kids and family to experience as well!

central parts of the trail are well traveled. the war western parts of the trail border and cross through neighborhoods and the trail seems to need more repair in this area. long distances with little shade from summer heat but most of the path is well maintained for rollerblades/longboards.
