Levee Trail is a 0.9 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Saint Marks, Florida that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

October 8, 2020Actually went down beach behind lighthouse, not levee in other side. But loved it. Peaceful. Gentle lapping of gulf. Crabs scurrying everywhere. Dragonflies. Waterfowl. But flies very bity. Millions all over us. Had to flee. If not for the flies it would be a little paradise.
August 20, 2020Short and sweet. Good views of St. Mark’s lighthouse from a distance. A covered picnic table halfway and a bench or two.

First to ReviewNice little walk to see the protected shore along the gulf in the St. Marks boundary. You can see some great water fowl and coastal birds, and monarchs during the right time.
